"Ecole de Cuisine"<br /> Limited Edition Lithograph Paper 22x27<br /> Printed with Silver Accents on archival paper in Paris, France<br /> AP $ 2,750<br /> <br /> The original painting was 48x72 and was commissioned by Guy's longtime client, Ventura Foods, LLC for the Culinary Institute of America, Greystone's new R&D center in St. Helena, CA in 2005. His inspiration came from visiting the school during class time and being amazed at the line up of pots, ovens and students, row after row!<br /> <br /> The following spring, it was released as a limited edition to present to Ventura's MenuMasters awardees at the 2006 National Restaurant Association convention in Chicago.
